STEP 1

• Patients with private health insurance will be covered for treatment at Siroros Hospital Yala, where we cooperate with insurance companies to provide services. You can inquire about the list of insurance companies before receiving the service by contacting, Tel. 073223600-4, The Insurance Credit Department 125, 129, 194.

STEP 2

• After checking the insurance list, there will be steps for receiving services as follows:

  1. In general and emergency cases Please be prepared to present your card to verify your eligibility as follows:
    ID card or A card issued by the government or Insurance card or Policy number

  2. Outpatient Services
    The patient signs a consent form before receiving services at the medical record. In case of excess, the patient must pay by himself.

  3.Pre-planned Inpatient Services
    You can contact the hospital staff to provide information to contact you back. After that, the staff will coordinate with the insurance company to check the insurance rights, if there is an excess of the eligible insurance, the patient must pay by himself.
